Command: bandage

Usage: bandage [person]

The bandage command can be used when someone falls during battle
and needs to be bandaged.  If the player is not bandaged, he/she
will bleed to death.  By being bandaged, the person's life can be
saved if done quickly enough.  Monsters can also be bandaged.
