Command: comm
The comm command manages the Out-Of-Character comm line.
comm on - allows you to listen and send OOC comm-line messages
comm off - turns off the OOC comm line output
comm list - shows everyone who is tuned into the OOC comm line
comm hist - displays the recent OOC comm history
comm color - displays your comm color setting
comm color on - allows you to see colors in comms
comm color off - turns off colors in comms
^ <message> - send a message over the OOC comm line
^: <emote> - send an emote over the OOC comm line
Comm reporting (# = numbers shown on the history for the chan):
comm report <commname> <#> - report comm # on channel 'commname'
comm report <#> - report comm # on the main comm
CAUTION: DO NOT ABUSE COMM REPORTING.
Note: If you do not have comm color on, you will not be able
to send colored comms as well as receive them.
To disable comm timestamps, 'set comm_timestamps off'.
