Command: er

The er command provides a means for you to communicate with other
players who serve Sauron in the War of the Rings.  This comm only
provides intra-side communication.

er on - allows you to listen and send messages
er off - turns off the er output
er list - shows everyone who is tuned in
er hist - display recent er history
er report <#> - report comm number # as unsuitable

% <message> - send a message over the er comm
%: <emote>   - send an emote over the er comm

The color of your er comm can be set with the color command.
