Command: fr

The fr command provides a means for you to communicate with other
players who oppose Sauron in the War of the Rings.  This comm only
provides intra-side communication.

fr on - allows you to listen and send messages
fr off - turns off the fr output
fr list - shows everyone who is tuned in
fr hist - display recent fr history
fr report <#> - report comm number # as unsuitable

% <message> - send a message over the fr comm
%: <emote>   - send an emote over the fr comm

The color of your fr comm can be set with the color command.
