Command: get

Usage: get <object> [from container] [into container | on ground | in room]
<object> can be of the forms: sword, sword 1, all sword, all,
         gold, 44 gold, all gold
Additionally, <object> can include object names to exclude:
  all sword except red sword
  all except arrow

<object> may also include the word 'and' to differentiate between
multiple items, such as: sword and sword 3, pen and brand
  The get command allows you to pick up items or move them from
one container to another.  The default is to get an item
from the room into your hands.
