Command: ignore

Syntax: ignore [ [-]<name> ]
Effect:
  Ignore on its own lists the names you are ignoring currently.  if
you give a name, or a list of names, it tries to add each name to your
ignore list.  If you give a name prepended with "-", that particular
name will be removed from your ignore list.

Ignoring someone blocks their tells and any channel communication.
You cannot send tells to someone you are ignoring.
Valar cannot be ignored.
