Command: newbiehelper

    Newbiehelper comm allows you to tune in and out of the
newbiehelper comm line.  There you can hear your fellow newbiehelpers
debate the best course of action for helping the newbies.  You cannot
speak on this line unless you are a newbiehelper.

The newbiehelper comm line has several commands:

newbiehelper on - allows newbiehelpers to listen and send messages
newbiehelper off - turns off the newbiehelper output
newbiehelper list - shows everyone who is tuned into the newbiehelper line
newbiehelper hist - shows a history of messages on this line
) <message> - send a message over the newbiehelper comm line
): <emote> - send an emote over the newbiehelper comm line
