Playerkilling
The Two Towers allows playerkilling.
Playerkilling is against the in-game laws, however. A player that
either murders or attempts to murder another player can be fined, with
a portion of the fine going to the victim for restitution.
There are areas in the game world which have been declared unlawful
and not subject to the in-game laws or fines. Currently these areas
are Mordor and Minas Morgul. Players should only enter these areas if
they accept that they may be killed without restitution.
There are times when playerkilling is against our rules, and these
include:
1. Spreekilling, killing an excessive number of players within a
short amount of time.
2. Levelbashing, killing a player repeatedly as a form of harassment.
3. Killing or causing the death of a new player.
There is no set number of kills that defines when normal playerkilling
ends and spreekilling, levelbashing, or newbiekilling begins. Decision
rests in the hands of the administration based on the details of
the situation.
Any method of killing another player by a means that circumvents
the in-game law system will be considered a bug and subject to
the bugabuse rules.
