Command: ptcomm

    Ptcomm allows you to tune in and out of the playtester comm line.
There you can hear your fellow playtesters debate important issues
with the ainur.  You cannot speak on this line unless you are a
playtester.

The playtester comm line has several commands:

ptcomm on - allows playtesters to listen and send messages
ptcomm off - turns off the ptcomm output
ptcomm list - shows everyone who is tuned into the playtest line
ptcomm hist - show a history of messages on this line
( <message> - send a message over the playtester comm line
