Command: shout

Usage: shout <message>

Shout will broadcast <message> to everyone in the nearby vicinity.  The
message will be sent in the language that you are currently speaking.
Most people don't like shouts because they fill their screens, so
excessive use of this command will lead to some hideous punishment.

Shout is available to players over level 1.
A shout will cost you 10 endurance points.
