Command: surname

Syntax:  surname <name>
         surname <on|off>
         surname

The surname command further allows Roleplayers to show off their heritage
by attaching a name to the end of their title.  This surname can only be
14 characters long, and can only be changed once per 3 days of character
age.  Once you set it, it is as it is.
Surnames only display for players level 4 and up.

'Surname on' will turn your surname on, just as 'surname off' will turn it off.

Surname by itself will tell you what your surname is, and whether or not you
have it turned on.

NOTE:  It IS case-sensitive!  The first letter will NOT be capitalized
unless you input it so!
You cannot use colorcodes with your surname.

Haradrim characters can start their names with a single quotation
mark, and their name will conform to the Haradrim naming convention.
