Command: tell

Syntax: tell [who] [message]

This command lets you tell something to another user.
Tells are always in the common language.
Surnames cannot be used when sending tells.  For example,
'tell Sauron TheDarkLord Hi!' would result in:
   You tell Sauron: TheDarkLord Hi!
