Variag

The Variag are a mysterious people from the far-off land of Khand. They are ferocious warriors and are said to be masterful horsemen. They are generally no larger than ordinary men (say, Rohirrim or Dunlendings), and seem to have no advantages in strength...and yet their coordination, agility and constitution are reportedly well above average. They are not known for their intelligence.
