Note  58  Aule         (09/04/07 15:55)  Mounts, Kudos and Fines

Adventurers,
 
The following changes have been installed:
- a new command for riders, 'mount evaluate', can be used to judge
  the effectiveness of any mount you come across.
 
- the 'kudo' command has some additional limitations to prevent
  abuse.  See 'help rpscore' for more information.
 
- Petition 2395 has been implemented.  Fines will decrease every
  five days of age instead of ten days of age.  See 'help fines'
  for more information.
