Attention Warriors and Riders
 
In our continuing effort to correct the thematic nature of
titles, the following changes were made:
- The Knight and Squire titles were moved from Warrior to
  Rider, to reflect the proper meaning of those terms.
- The warrior title "Warlord", conflicting with the ER
  warlord (and the very definition) has been removed.
- New titles have been added to warriors to make up for
  these changes, causing some warrior titles to be shifted
  in levels.
