Dear Ardans,
 
The following changes were installed today:
 - Petition 2462 has been implemented: the 'plea' command now has
   a 'history' option.
 - Weaponsmiths all over Arda are now able to 'fortify' weapons.
   This is an equivalent of 'sharpen', although applies to weapons
   that are not normally sharpenable, like hammers and staves.
