Dear Ardans,
 
-Petition 2483 has been implemented.  People who are levels
4 and 5 will now have acces to both the newbiecomm
and the global comms.
 
-Petition 2459, Appeasing the auctioneer, has been
implemented.  You may now, for a set fee, payoff
the auctioneer if you're a forgetful type and
don't pick up your auctions in a timely manner.
 
As always there are many other changes in updates.
