kills and more

Dear Ardans,
 
The following changes have been installed this reboot:
 - A search option has been added to all boards across Arda;
   however, to avoid conflict with the standard "search" command,
   it has been named "bsearch" (short for "board search").
   You can also "news search" to find news about a particular
   subject.
 
 - Lawsys: The self-defense kill has been clarified; a kill
   counts as self-defense if you killed someone who attacked you,
   BUT the combat didn't stop in meantime.  In particular, 
   retaliation against a merciful'ed attack will NOT be 
   self-defense anymore.  To make it more clear, you will now
   receive a message when you kill someone (or are killed) in 
   self-defense.
 
 - Inter-side (ER/servant vs FR) "shield" and "protect" blocks
   have been lifted.
