The Maker Team has rolled out the following changes:
* Proposal 1491 (Petition 2571): Shiv has been implemented:
  The standard sniffer's bootknife has been removed from
  the game, and any dagger, knife, bootknife, or shiv may
  be used to shiv.  You will no longer need a free hand
  to do so.  In addition, the emotes will be more dependant
  on the amount of damage that you do.
 
* In addition to the 'set' command, you may now use the
  'settings' command which will let you see all of the
  settings and their current statuses in a similar manner
  to the 'color' command.  For more information, see
  'help sets' and 'help settings'.
 
* Banks have been centralized.  All bank balances have
  been combined into one large balance with a maximum
  of 450,000 gold.  The 'transfer' bank command has also 
  been removed.
