Greetings Ardans,
 
For the next two reboots (approximately 8-10 days), race changes will
be somewhat different.
 
* FRs will be able to change to ERs and vice versa.
 
* Race changes will not have an age requirement during this time.
 
* If you change sides (FR to ER or ER to FR) and you had a namechange,
  you will be able to change names once more (so that your name is
  thematically appropriate for your race).
 
* If you change sides and have professional items that are incompatible
  with the other side (spellbooks, ranger's herb satchels, necromancer's
  spells), these items will be removed.
 
* If you change sides and your professional skills are not compatible
  with your new side, your skills will be reimbursed (paid out at the
  courthouse), except for the lowest 10 skills (as these are free from
  the trainer).  This includes 'other skills'.
 
* If you change sides, you will have to complete your new side's level
  quests before leveling up.
 
 
Other notes about race changes:
* ERs may now join Neutral guilds.
* All evilly-aligned characters may join Serving guilds.
* Arbitrary delays between characters racechanging has been
  removed.  As soon as the ship/wagons are available, you
  may take your turn.
* ERs may now reach levels 20+, same as FRs.
 
Important note!:
 
If you want to both change side and namechange, be SURE to claim the 
gold from your "incompatible" skills *before* you change your name.  
Otherwise the courthouse system will cap the amount of gold you receive.
