   With the increase of riding trainers, new riders have been
seen far and wide in West Arda.  Some have come to help in time
of need.  Others have come to scout and destroy.  Those of you
of the riding profession may want to seek them out and practice
your dismounting skills, or perhaps pick up a riding weapon or
two.  There have even been rumors of Goblin Scouts on vicious
wolves.  Could one of those beasts have their will turned to
carry one of a different race?
