Hello everyone:
 
Melkor has graciously agreed to step back in and help out as
acting Power of Law. However, be aware that the admin as a whole
will still be endeavoring to take a group approach to handling Law
issues, and that the 'law report' is still the best way to bring 
items to general attention, and receive definitive judgements.
 

Allow me to repeat: it is ALWAYS better to pose law-related questions, 
and report issues, via 'law report' instead of approaching any single
person directly.
