Hello, riders of Arda!
 
    First of all, you may notice that if you auto-dismount your ride,    
you will automatically climb back onto the saddle.  Of course, you
still cannot mount while blind or in combat; however, those who are
professional riders are an exception: if you "set automount always",
you will climb into the saddle even when fighting, at a cost of two
busy rounds.
Non-riders can at most "set automount off" to disable this feature.    
 
    Second, horses that run slowly won't get tired as easily as they
used to.  In particular, horses that walk slowly won't tire at all!
  
    Third thing, you don't need to manually dismount to get something
from the ground anymore, the game will do this for you.  Too bad, this
is not the case if you're fighting -- save for professional riders of
course.
