Hello Ardans,
 
The guild applications that were filed earlier this year and
approved by Valinor have now been partially implemented.  That
is: membership restrictions (race, profession, alignment) and
kill restrictions that were approved are now in place.  We had
hoped to give you time to adjust, but that was not possible.
My apologies!
 
As a result of these changes, please note the following:
1) ALL racechange records have been erased and you may now
   change your race.  Note that you may only change your
   race once, so make it count!
 
2) Any fines incurred by this late-notice act will be waived
   for this month.  I have recorded all existing fines which
   will not be reimbursed.

any guild concerns.
