Greetings Ardans,
 
The Maker team has implemented a system that allows you to keep 
track of what quests you have done in Arda and how many times
you have done them.  You can use the new 'quests' command to see
a list of them.  Apart from adding this meter of your progress,
we have also added a new 'legend top' option: 'legend top questers'.
This will show ten people who have completed the highest number
of quests in Arda, not including repetitions.  Please be aware, 
though, that for the purposes of this list we do not count quests 
completed in West Arda and Far Harad.
 
For further clarification: while implementing this system, the 
definition of what a 'quest' is came into question - therefore, 
you can generally assume that a 'quest' is a form of achievement;
something that requires some effort and is finalized by receiving
a reward of sorts.  Sometimes it might require going through an
area to receive an item to hand to an NPC; sometimes killing the
toughest boss in a camp.
