Hello Ardans,
 
It's been 50 days since we began our live testing of the PvP flag
system.  In that time, over 50 of you have stepped up to playtest
for us and through innumerable hours of testing (in reality, the
number is quite high!) several minor issues have been found and
corrected.  During the test, however, no major problems were found
and so we feel confident that installing the PvP flag fully is the
right thing to do at this time.
 
And so without further ado, the PvP flag will be installed on
October 23rd, 2010 with the reboot.
 
At that time, race-change records will be erased (meaning that
you will be able to change once more). NOTE: Race-changes between
FR and ER races will NOT be possible.
 
Name-change records will also be erased so that you may change
your name along with your race.
 
Lastly, for the duration of the uptime (beginning October 23rd
and ending sometime between the 27th and 28th), the profession
transition wagons will be available so that you may change your
profession (for free).
 
We understand that these changes to PvP may have the result in
you wishing to change your character in a major way; you may wish
to join a different guild with different requirements.
 
Lastly, in order to assuage any fears, we will be monitoring how
the PvP flag installation affects your playing situation and will
make any modifications that are deemed necessary to ensure that
your enjoyment of The Two Towers is maximized.
