Hello Ardans,
 
We finally come to the day we've all been waiting for:
 
The PvP Flag is now live.
 
In a nutshell:
If you do not have the PvP flag enabled, you will not be
able to attack other players or steal from other players.
You will not be able to do find/senses on other players
who have the flag enabled.
 
Players have the flag automatically enabled if they meet
any of the criteria that would prevent a player from
disabling the flag, such as: having crimes in the past
7 days, are wanted, or are contracted.

Along with this installation, we have reset race change
and name change records and for the duration of this uptime, 
the profession changing wagons will be in the game (find
an entrance at your local signpost).  Also for the duration
of this special time, the age requirement to racechange has
been suppressed.
 
An additional important change:
Because the PvP flag may now ultimately prevent a player
from being newbie-killed, we have removed the 'newbie'
aspect of the Blessing of Mandos.  See 'help blessing'
for details on how it currently applies.
