Donations (Rules and Policies)
As an online game, The Two Towers Mud requires a high quality, stable
internet host. Since its founding in 1994, the game has been supported by
donations from our players.
If you wish to help out with the monetary burden of internet hosting,
there are two ways you can do so: a one time donation with Paypal or a
small monthly donation with Patreon.
A donation will not change your character in any way. It will not buy
you special privileges or get you out of punishments for cheating or any
other wrongdoing.
If you are interested in donating, even as little as $1 will be appreciated.
Patreon Information
The Two Towers MUD is now on Patreon, which allows players to make
small, automatic monthly donations. These pledged donations are charged
on the 1st of every month and may be canceled at any time.

PayPal Information
Donations are accepted via the PayPal online service (www.paypal.com).
It is very easy to make a small payment from your credit card or checking
account through a free PayPal account.
