Ptnews (Restricted command)

ptnews [new | next | #]

The ptnews command is the playtester's news command. It is only
available to playtesters and is provided as a means for Valinor to post
messages relevant to playtesting.
You can type "ptnews new" to read new notes, and "ptnews next" to
read the next note. You can read a specific note with "ptnews #".
