Comm (Social command)

comm <on | off | list | hist> comm color [on | off] ^ <message> ^: <emote> comm report [commname] <#>

The comm command manages the Out-Of-Character comm line. The
following arguments are supported:
- comm on - allows you to listen and send OOC comm-line messages
- comm off - turns off the OOC comm line output
- comm list - shows everyone who is tuned into the OOC comm line
- comm hist - displays the recent OOC comm history
- comm color - displays your comm color setting
- comm color on - allows you to see and send colorcodes in comms
- comm color off - turns off colors in comms
- ^ <message> - send a message over the OOC comm line
- ^: <emote> - send an emote over the OOC comm line
Additionally, the comm command can also be used to report
inappropriate comms by other players (# = numbers shown on the history
for the comm):
- comm report <commname> <#> - report comm # on channel 'commname'
- comm report <#> - report comm # on the OOC comm
CAUTION: DO NOT ABUSE COMM REPORTING.
The base color of the comms can be set in the 'color' command, and
some other features (such as timestamps) can be configured through the
'settings' command.
