Dev (System command)

dev <staff | list | all>

The dev command provides information about the MUD administration
and the projects the MUD staff is currently working on. The valid
arguments are:
- dev staff - list the current administrative staff
- dev list - list all projects InDevelopment
- dev all - list all projects ever InDevelopment
