Guild halls (Guild Help)
Once a new guild has been approved, it costs 500,000 gold to buy
a guildhall. For this price, it gets a set of functional rooms (entrance,
boardroom, GM room, and vault) which can be expanded on as the guild sees
fit.
To prevent guildhalls from growing into massive complexes that are
bigger than towns, some limits have been imposed on the number of
rooms and features each hall is permitted.
A guildhall may not have:
- More than 3 boards (excluding main board)
- More than 1 voting box.
- More than 1 bar.
- More than 1 mailroom.
- More than 1 shop.
- More than 1 gossiper.
- More than 1 armoury.
- More than 1 vault.
- More than 1 GM room.
- More than 1 library.
- More than 1 entrance.
- More than 1 ranks room.
- More than 1 armour trader.
- More than 1 stable.
- More than 1 mount.
- More than 1 pack.
- More than 1 weapon.
- Any NPC which trains.
- Any NPC which heals.
The only features that a guildhall may have multiple of are:
- Cosmetic rooms.
- Cosmetic room items.
- NPCs.
- Scoreboards.
New rooms and items are added to guildhalls by two means:
- Use of GM editing for standard rooms and items.
- The submission system for guild-specific customized rooms and items.
