Hunt (Assassin ability)

This command allows you to attempt to hunt and follow another living
object. It will cause you to follow automatically whenever you enter the
same room with the hunted target. This ability is limited exclusively
to assassins. Its success is based on the stalking skill. Hunt by itself
does not use any EP, although EP will be continuously drained while the
target is being followed.
You will be unable to hunt other players until you have been online
for 10 minutes. This restriction does not apply during the first 3 hours
of a reboot or when targeting wanted criminals. NPCs may be hunted at any
time after logging in.
