Namerestrict (Restricted command)

namerestrict <player> <explanation>

Newbie Helpers may request to rename a newbie who has a grossly
unthematic name using this command. When a helper uses this command, the
other online Newbie Helpers will be notified. They may support your
request by using the same command. When enough Newbie Helpers have
agreed within a time limit, the newbie will be informed that upon their
next login, they will have to choose a new name.

Abuse of this command will be punished quite severely. This command
is not a toy, and is only to be used as a manner in which to assist
new players select a more fitting name. If in doubt, contact an
Ainu. For more serious violations, see the jail command.

And remember, you can and should talk to the newbie about selecting a
more proper name. If the user is new enough, they may not mind correcting
their name themselves without the need for this command.
