Tie (Archer ability)

tie [number] <arrows>

This command allows players to convert a collection of single arrows
into a carefully bound bundle. A bundle of arrows can be more easily
transported and is more likely to be looked upon favorably by shopkeepers.
To tie arrows, you will need a string to tie them with; however, if
you do not happen to have one and you are in the wilderness, you will
automatically attempt to make one from available materials.
Tie is primarily an archer skill, although it can be freely used by
others as well.
