Shiv (Sniffer ability)
A shiv is a short bladed knife meant for stabbing motions only. No
self respecting sniffer would be without at least one knife. This skill
is used during combat to quickly use a knife or dagger to stab the person
you are fighting. It generally requires some skill as a sniffer and
maybe a bit of desperation to pull off.
Shiv is primarily a sniffer ability and its success depends on the
butchery skill. A successful attempt costs 20 EP, while a failed one
costs 10 EP.
